Service Description
A focused 8-session group program utilising Internal Family Systems (IFS) tools. Designed specifically for those who want to start their IFS solo work. This course provides a supportive community environment for the inner work over two months.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the session time. You can cancel or pause a subscription at any time. Missed or unused sessions are not redeemable. If you're unable to attend your scheduled session, that time isn't carried over, refunded, or added to a future appointment. No double sessions. We're not able to offer a "make-up" double appointment the following week to cover a missed session. Your spot is reserved for you. The time you set aside in my calendar is held exclusively for you — whether or not you're able to make use of it. So if you do not attend a session without notice, consider it taken.
